Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn/unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at iqbalmgul@gmail.com before sending the item. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-returnable items (including perishable, customized, personal-care, hazardous, sale items, and gift cards) may be excluded. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off right.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may require additional processing time.
